AEM Sr Developers
Job Title: Sr Developer
Product: AEM
Experience: 4-6 yrs of AEM experience
Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills) :-
- Minimum of 4 years of hands on Java/J2EE software development experience
- Minimum of 4 years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies (waterfall, Agile)
- Minimum of 4 year of experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets) solutions
- Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, JUnit, Eclipse
- Experience with project automation technologies: CVS, SVN, Git, github, Jira, Selenium, SonarCube, maven, Jenkins, Continuum, Hudson
- Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, open source packages, Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities (What do you want this job to do?):-
- Conception and Implementation of enterpsise content management solutions based on AEM
- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of Implementation concepts
- Independent development and implementation of innovative ideas
- Support with the transfer of the AEM into the development and operating environment of the AEM architecture and staging
- Coordinate and collaborate with Team members within the organisation and the customer site (basis project requirement) tp effectively develop and implement concepts agreed upon as per agreed upon timelines
- Ensure that Organisational values are displayed at all points in time
- Growing technical skills to support individual and organisational development
